Truly a great experience from “start to finish.” Everyone from the owner “Bill” to other staff members: Olivia, Junior, and Lexi were all professional and wonderful communicators. But that is all fun and games without the wonderful installers we had on our job… Marcell and Umberto were exemplary. They cared!!! (Which is something that is hard to find these days!!!)
They were punctual, and advised us of what was to happen next,… and when asked for suggestions, they answered with well thought out comments that made everything look great!
Our next tile job will be with Start 2 Finish, and I will request Marcell and Umberto.

I recently used them to replace the floors on my whole second floor and the stairs leading up to it. I found them because of a recommendation from a previous customer and they lived up to the praise!
From the estimation on, I found them very communicative and honest. They brought me through the whole process smoothly.
We’d initially cleared out to let them do demo and installation without us and our pets underfoot, but our accommodation fell through on the last day of installation. They were great about working around us.
Overall, I love my new floors and the service I received!

After a bad install from another company, I had to start all over! Start to Finish Flooring came in and cleaned up the other mess, leveled my floors and had to put down new flooring. It is now perfect and beautiful!

In our new home we had carpet installed on the stairs and upstairs, along side with vinyl in the master bedroom and office which looks amazing. This business is great at customer service and is all about efficient quality work. The owner, Bill, did a phenomenal job coming out and taking quick measurements for our estimate, he even brought out samples to explain/show us the differences between vinyl, wood, and laminate. Once we decided what we wanted to do, he took time and walked with us through a shop to pick out what brand and colors we wanted to use for our carpet and vinyl, and we were able to take sample boards home to make sure we liked how it looked in our home. The installation manager, Dave, did a great job staying in communication with us as far as dates and times to come out and complete the project. The estimated time frame was on-point, even earlier than expected. The employees who did the installation were very kind and fast. We love our new floors and thank Start 2 Finish Flooring for doing such a great job!
